Hennock Singing Group

The Hennock Singing Group is not a choir but an informal and friendly group of people who just like singing.
Ability is not the issue – just joining in and enjoying ourselves in an informal setting is the main priority. We sing for pleasure and also add our voices to some services throughout the year at St Mary’s Church, Hennock eg. for Mothering Sunday, Easter and Christmas.

The group meets at 7pm on a fortnightly basis at the local  pub, The Palk Arms, Hennock.

Some of us enjoy a chat and one of their reasonably priced home cooked meals and/or a drink afterwards and you are cordially invited to join us if you are able.
Members are free to suggest any particular songwriters/themes or songs that they like and we will try to accommodate for all tastes. If you have any suggestions that you feel would be helpful to the group please let us know. We are open to all ideas! Musicians playing any type of instrument would be particularly welcome.
Should wish to contact Christine or Rachel who run the group with any questions or suggestions you may have, their contact emails are: cjhut@icloud.com or rachelstirlingscott@gmail.com

The next few Group meetings are at The Palk Arms from 7 to 8pm on:

24th February
10th March (This practice will be with a view to singing in Church on Mothering Sunday 15th March)
24th of March
7th and 24th of April
5th and 19th May
